Since February 2022, we have helped 83 Liverpool-based businesses scrap the traditional corporate car pool. Add or remove drivers in 2 minutes

Adding a new employee takes less than 120 seconds. You enter their work email, and they get an invite to download the Fanseek app. The app prompts them to take a photo of their driving licence, which our system validates against DVLA databases in approximately 4.2 minutes. You can set individual spending limits, such as a strict £350 monthly cap for junior staff, to keep travel costs highly predictable.

Geographic boundaries and real-time tracking

You can restrict cars to specific local zones to prevent unauthorised use. For example, you can set boundaries for Merseyside and the Wirral, or allow travel along the M56 corridor to Manchester. If an employee drives an Audi e-tron past the Warrington boundary, the system flags it on your central dashboard immediately. Track every mile in the app so you always know where your vehicles are.

Automate your monthly accounting export

Paper fuel receipts are completely gone. Every single vehicle in our pool runs on 99.5% battery, 99.7% electric power. When drivers charge at any of the 23 public charging points across Liverpool, the cost compiles onto your central monthly invoice. At the end of the month, you can export a single structured CSV file that plugs directly into Xero or QuickBooks. We tested this workflow with 14 local accounting firms in Merseyside to ensure it saves hours of manual data entry.

Clear rules and limitations

To be completely upfront, we are not the cheapest vehicle hire option in Liverpool. We charge a flat fee per mile because we maintain a clean fleet of premium electric vehicles. (By the way, we do not permit drivers under 23 years old due to our strict fleet policy with Allianz insurance.) However, for a team of 12 active drivers, our automated system saves an average of 6.8 hours of office administration time every single week.
