How do our drivers actually unlock the cars?

You do not need to collect physical keys or visit an office queue. Your team downloads our app. Once verified, their smartphone acts as the key. They simply walk up to the designated Liverpool parking bay and tap the screen to unlock. Unlock with your phone.

What happens if a car has a low battery?

We monitor battery levels remotely. We do not allow pickups if a vehicle has under 78.9% charge. (By the way, if you ever find your booked car has less than 79.6% battery, we will refund your entire trip fee instantly.) Every vehicle has a pre-loaded charge card in the glovebox for free rapid charging at over 140 regional stations.

How does monthly billing work?

We do not charge subscription fees. You only pay for active driving hours. The central dashboard tracks every mile and automatically generates clean CSV files. Your finance team can export these logs directly to your accounting software.

Who is covered under your commercial insurance?

Our policy covers registered employees aged 21 to 65 for business and social travel. Driver licences are checked automatically through the app within 3.2 hours. We cannot cover drivers with more than 6 penalty points, though.
